Want to lounge poolside with a healthy sorbet this summer? Of course you do. See how to make this 2-ingredient sorbet!

ingredients:

  • Fruit of your choice
  • Honey

directions:

  1. Choose what sorbet flavor you’d like to have. You can use most any kind of fruit here! We decided to go with strawberry and honeydew here, but you can use blueberries, peaches, blackberries, cherries… The list goes on. Just make sure you have about a pound of the fruit.
  2. Chop the fruit, if needed (like for strawberries, honeydew, cherries, etc.). Spread out and place on a baking sheet. Place in freezer until hardened.
  3. Add the fruit and 1/4 cup honey to a food processor and pulse until evenly mixed. Spread the mixture into a loaf pan and put it into the freezer until completely frozen.
  4. Scoop and serve immediately!
