Create a summer-inspired appetizer that your guests (and kids) will love to eat!
ingredients:
- round crackers
- 2 ozcream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon minced green onion
- Pinch of garlic salt
- Pinch of minced fresh parsley
- Medium-sized tomatoes
- black olives
directions:
- Beat together your cream cheese, sour cream, green onion, garlic, and parsley in a bowl.
- Spread over crackers.
- Slice your medium-sized tomatoes in quarters.
- Place two slices on top of the cracker and add half an olive for the ladybug head.
- Dice a couple olives for the spots on the ladybug’s back, and serve!
