Star Wars Blue Milk Recipe
You may remember the scene where Luke Skywalker pours himself a refreshing glass of cold, sweet blue milk. For Star Wars fans, the excitement intensifies as the opening of the new Star Wars Epic, “The Force Awakens” approaches.
What better way to ease the agony of waiting, but to indulge in a delicious rendition of blue milk, the ubiquitous blue-colored liquid produced by female banthas, wooly mammoth like Star Wars creature. Luckily this rich, refreshing drink is available throughout the galaxy and on most planets. Now it is available on our own home planet earth! - 1/2 large ripe banana
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup ice
- Blend until smooth. Drink and the force is with you.
