Ingredients
Cooking Directions
- 12 cooked lasagna noodles
- 2 cups leftover turkey, cut or shredded into small pieces
- 3 cups leftover stuffing
- 1-1/2 cups gravy (or 1 can cream of chicken soup + 1/2cup of water)**
- 1 cup sour cream
- Fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Lightly grease a 9×13 pan and set aside.
- In Zak 3 quart mixing bowl, combine gravy (or cream of chicken soup + 1/2 cup water) and sour cream. Mix thoroughly and remove 1 cup of mixture and set it aside in a small bowl.
- Add turkey and stuffing to gravy mixture in the mixing bowl. Mix well until combined to make filling.
- Lay one lasagna noodle flat on a cutting board or other flat surface. Spread approx. 1/3 cup of filling evenly on noodle and then starting at one end roll up. Place in lightly greased 9×13 pan. Repeat with remaining lasagna noodles and filling.
- Spread reserved gravy and sour cream mixture evenly over the roll-ups in the 9×13 pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for approx. 40 minutes. Remove foil and evenly sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven and bake for additional 10-15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and roll-ups are heated through.
**The gravy goes pretty quick at our house so if you do not have enough leftover it works great to substitute a can of cream of chicken soup + half cup of water in place of the gravy.
