If you are looking for a fun, simple and super delicious way to use up some of your Thanksgiving Dinner leftovers, look no further, I’ve got you covered. These tasty little roll-ups are filled with leftover turkey, stuffing and gravy.

Once you boil your lasagna noodles, everything else can be thrown together in a matter of minutes, making this a very simple weeknight meal.

In a Zak 2.5 quart mixing bowl, combine gravy (or cream of chicken soup + 1/2 cup water) and sour cream.

I was super excited to use some of new Zak products to make these roll-ups. Not only are the products made of sturdy plastic and functional, they are also so dang cute and stylin’. Just looking at their bright colors while cooking put a smile on my face.

And speaking of a smile on your face, you will definitely be smiling when you eat these awesome Thanksgiving Leftover Roll-ups.

Ingredients
Cooking Directions

  • 12 cooked lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups leftover turkey, cut or shredded into small pieces
  • 3 cups leftover stuffing
  • 1-1/2 cups gravy (or 1 can cream of chicken soup + 1/2cup of water)**
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Lightly grease a 9×13 pan and set aside.
  3. In Zak 3 quart mixing bowl, combine gravy (or cream of chicken soup + 1/2 cup water) and sour cream. Mix thoroughly and remove 1 cup of mixture and set it aside in a small bowl.
  4. Add turkey and stuffing to gravy mixture in the mixing bowl. Mix well until combined to make filling.
  5. Lay one lasagna noodle flat on a cutting board or other flat surface. Spread approx. 1/3 cup of filling evenly on noodle and then starting at one end roll up. Place in lightly greased 9×13 pan. Repeat with remaining lasagna noodles and filling.
  6. Spread reserved gravy and sour cream mixture evenly over the roll-ups in the 9×13 pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for approx. 40 minutes. Remove foil and evenly sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven and bake for additional 10-15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and roll-ups are heated through.

**The gravy goes pretty quick at our house so if you do not have enough leftover it works great to substitute a can of cream of chicken soup + half cup of water in place of the gravy.
