Decadent Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

Posted on November 12, 2014

One of our very own Zak employees, Al, volunteered this recipe. Al also volunteered that his wife is the one who bakes, and he is the one who eats the cheesecake! This is how Al describes the cheesecake, This was a favorite recipe of my mother-in-law – she could really bake! Now my wife has been making this for a number of years. If you like Chocolate, you will love this cheesecake. If you do not like cheesecake, but like chocolate, you will not know you are eating cheesecake! I think the word “Decadent” is listed alongside this item’s description. I have gained a pound just writing about it. Everyone in the family looks forward to it! nothing fancy, just rich, fattening and oh so good!”
