For the Kebobs

  • Toothpick of choice
  • Red and orange cherry tomatoes
  • Green olives
  • Fresh mozzarella balls
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic vinegar

For Bite Size Tomato Sandwiches

  • Red and orange cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Fresh mozzarella
  • Decorative toothpicks

For the Kebobs

  1. Spear the tomatoes, a small piece of mozzarella.
  2. Nest the spears in a basil leaf.
  3. Choose cup shaped basil leaves to hold the balsamic vinegar for dipping.

For Bite Size Tomato Sandwiches

  1. Slice the cherry tomatoes almost in half.
  2. Fill each tomato with a folded basil leaf and a small piece of fresh mozzarella.
  3. Spear with a toothpick.
  4. Choose cup shaped basil leaves to hold the balsamic vinegar for dipping.
