First, clean the stemless wine glass before starting. Then, apply a thin layer of glue to the wine glass, lessening the amount of glue as you move closer to the top.

Put glitter in a plastic bowl. Pour the glitter from the bowl over the cup, covering all the glue on the cup (Tip: Pour glitter over a larger plastic bowl to catch excess glitter, then re-use collected glitter for your next cup). Let it dry for 30 minutes. Apply mod podge over the glitter with a paintbrush until fully covered. Let it dry for 2 hours.
