Ghost Pops help to combat that unwritten rule that Halloween treats have to be unhealthy. Not only are they easy to make (and cute) but they also taste great!

This snack is perfect to prepare with your kids. Requiring only four quick steps, you should be able to complete the ghost pops before they get bored or make too much of a mess. And if they sneak a taste, you don’t have to worry about raw ingredients.

Using an orange confetti plate contrasts nicely with white ghost pops giving them a colorful Halloween flare.

Helpful tips: Use a knife to spread the yogurt on to the banana (Dipping the banana does not work well). Put the shredded coconut in a tray to make the rolling easier and allowing for easier clean-up.

All the ingredients you’ll need.
Step 1: Cut your bananas in half.
Step 2: Skewer the bigger end of the banana.
Step 3: Evenly spread the greek yogurt over the banana.
Step 4: cover the banana in the shredded coconut by rolling.
Try and cover as evenly as possible.
Step 5: add the Ghost eyes and serve!
