Chicken Spinach Wraps Recipe

Chicken Spinach Wraps Recipe
Chicken Spinach Wraps Recipe

The kids loved the bright green color of the wrap! I love lunches like this because they take no time at all. Plus it’s totally customizable to what leftovers and veggies you have in the fridge. I used spinach in my wraps, but any leafy green will work. And after I made them, we all agreed that some tomato slices or carrot shreds would have been great too!

I love lunches like this because they take no time at all. What takes this from a chicken spinach wrap to an amazing chicken spinach wrap is the spread! What’s a great wrap without an amazing spread? It’s really what takes this wrap to the next level. It’s a tasty mixture of mayo, salsa, and cumin. A little creamy, a little spicy, a little smokey, and it all just works perfectly together with the chicken and the spinach!I’ve never seen my family eat so much at lunch time before.
