Green olives
Fresh mozzarella balls
Fresh basil leaves
Balsamic vinegar
For Bite Size Tomato Sandwiches

For the Kebobs
Spear the tomatoes, a small piece of mozzarella.
Nest the spears in a basil leaf.
Choose cup shaped basil leaves to hold the balsamic vinegar for dipping.
For Bite Size Tomato Sandwiches
Slice the cherry tomatoes almost in half.
Fill each tomato with a folded basil leaf and a small piece of fresh mozzarella.
Spear with a toothpick.
