Pack your child’s healthy home-prepared lunch using these fun sandwich containers. Aren’t they cute? They make packing lunches SO easy, especially the night before. Every sandwich container also has a matching water bottle and other coordinating snack accessories so your child can take their favorite character along to school with them. Having a school lunch container with their favorite character makes it especially appealing for children to eat the nutritious lunch you lovingly spent so much time making, and motivates them keep track of their snack containers and water bottles at school too! And you can rest-assured everything from Zak is BPA-free. So, let’s get to packing a healthy lunch. This fun heart-shaped food tutorial will help them feel your love from afar!
First, build a sandwich of your choosing with whole-wheat bread. Use a cookie cutter (we chose heart-shaped) to cut out shapes in the sandwiches.
Next, slice large pieces off of an apple. Use a small (heart-shaped) cookie cutter to cut out pieces from the large apple slices.
Then, slice the stems off of strawberries in a “V”-shape, and slice the strawberries in half the long way to create a heart shape.
Arrange the food in this adorable bento box!
If you’re a boy-mom - look! They have Minions too!
