Fall is in the air and I couldn’t be happier about it. Don’t get me wrong, I love everything about summer and sunshine and beaches, but fall is by far my favorite season. I love the smell of falling leaves and the crisp cool feeling in the air. I love going to an apple orchard and smelling (and tasting!) the fresh cider and donuts.

My son is 8 months old and already eats like a teenager. We started solids about two months ago and I cannot believe how much of the stuff he can put away. I just know that when he actually is a teenager, I am going to be going to the grocery store seven times a week to refill the fridge.

It’s summertime and for me that means it’s time to dust off the camping gear and find a nice spot to set up camp and enjoy nature! Even now that I’m in my 30’s I still consider S’mores to be a crucial part of the camping experience. It is just hard to beat a gooey marshmallow with chocolate.
