Peppermint and Chocolate is easily my favorite Christmastime flavor combo. And it’s best enjoyed in the form of a warm beverage. Plus, I always seem to have a million candy canes laying around that I’m never going to eat and this is an excellent way to use them.

Everyone’s had their fill of juicy turkey, steaming potatoes and sweet pumpkin pie and has moved to the living room for a post-dinner snooze, but the table’s still full of food! One of my absolute favorite things to buy as a snack in the middle of a long day of site seeing is elote, or grilled corn. Well, it’s not always grilled, sometimes it is steamed, but I like to grill it! The corn always comes with lots of toppings and a rich sauce that has some spice and tang to it. It’s a wonderful snack and you shouldn’t have to travel to Mexico to have it!
