Thanksgiving Leftover Roll-ups Recipe

Ingredients

Thanksgiving Leftover Roll-ups
  • 12 cooked lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups leftover turkey, cut or shredded into small pieces
  • 3 cups leftover stuffing
  • 1-1/2 cups gravy (or 1 can cream of chicken soup + 1/2cup of water)**
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan and set aside.
  3. In Zak 3 quart mixing bowl, combine gravy (or cream of chicken soup + 1/2 cup water) and sour cream. Mix thoroughly and remove 1 cup of mixture and set it aside in a small bowl.
  4. Add turkey and stuffing to gravy mixture in the mixing bowl. Mix well until combined to make filling.
  5. Lay one lasagna noodle flat on a cutting board or other flat surface. Spread approx. 1/3 cup of filling evenly on noodle and then starting at one end roll up. Place in lightly greased 9x13 pan. Repeat with remaining lasagna noodles and filling.
  6. Spread reserved gravy and sour cream mixture evenly over the roll-ups in the 9x13 pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for approx. 40 minutes. Remove foil and evenly sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven and bake for additional 10-15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and roll-ups are heated through.
**The gravy goes pretty quick at our house so if you do not have enough leftover it works great to substitute a can of cream of chicken soup + half cup of water in place of the gravy.
