Champagne is just so festive! And a mimosa bar is such a timeless, one-size-fits-all crowd pleaser. A mimosa bar ensures that there is a perfectly custom drink for each and every guest. Simply start with some champs (the essence of a mimosa), then add a little juice and some fruit to your bubbly. We’ll cheers to that!

  1. Champagne - Make sure you also include some sparkling cider or sparkling water as well.
  2. Juice - Okay, here’s where you can start to get creative! We chose an Orange Mango juice blend, cranberry, and grapefruit juice for a variety of colors and flavors, but feel free to choose any combination of juices that you’d like! We displayed the juice in these clear carafes, because it looks so much more polished than serving the juice in the original store-bought containers.
  3. Fruit - Again, you can choose any fruit combinations that sound delicious to you to infuse with your mimosa. We chose orange slices, raspberries, and strawberries, and displayed them on these cute colorful mini-trays!
  4. Festive glasses - The only way to improve on champagne mixed with fruity juice is to serve them up in these cute champagne flutes. Bonus: these flutes are plastic, so they are durable enough for those who wish to brunch outside, drink in hand, without worrying about glassware shattering.

Ingredients:

  • Champagne
  • Sparkling cider or sparkling water
  • Orange juice
  • Grapefruit juice
  • Cranberry cocktail juice
  • Strawberries
  • Oranges, thinly sliced
  • Raspberries

  2. Chill champagne and sparkling cider
  3. Set out champagne flutes
