The reason that Zak Designs can consistently deliver high quality products at competitive prices is because of the dedication and hard work of our sister company, Sara Rose International (SRI). Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan, SRI is the exclusive buying and sourcing agent for Zak. SRI continually finds and secures the best raw materials, manages and maintains the factories that produce our products, and builds relationships in the orient that are crucial for us to produce superior products and ship them around the world. SRI maintains stringent quality control and social compliance, and, with Zak, has invested in several joint-venture factories. With showrooms in Taiwan, Hong Kong and ShenZhen, China, and a sales force at the headquarters, SRI is also the main support system for our distributors in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, Australia and Africa.

Markets in the United Kingdom vary greatly from markets in the United States. To keep in touch with customer needs in the UK, Zak opened a sales office and showroom in England in 1995. The popularity of our products for children and adults in the United Kingdom made expansion a necessity, and three years later a distribution warehouse was added to Zak-UK. Through the office in Tamworth, Zak-UK stays on top of the changing trends and helps create Zak Designs' products that satisfy consumer needs in the United Kingdom.

Arguably the most exotic continent on the globe, Australia is home to landscapes and creatures found nowhere else on Earth. It's also houses a regional Zak Designs office in Melbourne, Victoria. Through this joint venture, Zak's line of children's and adult dinnerware is distributed across Australia and New Zealand. Established in 2002 Zak-Australia has quickly become the industry leader in the land down under.

The market for both children and adult dinnerware in Mexico has been an important part of Zak's distribution for years, and the Zak - Mexico joint venture was established in 2002 in Mexico City to help Zak better serve the needs of the retailers and customers in this key region. Working in conjunction with our U.S. office, Zak-Mexico helps identify the most requested characters and styles and distributes them throughout the country.

In 2003, Zak Designs recognized the need to have a full-time presence in Japan, and we opened a sales office in the prominent business district in Tokyo. This office not only helps Zak stay on top of the constantly-changing advancements in Japanimation, it gives us the ability to have an impact on the children's and dinnerware trends in the fashion hub of the country. With the inside look that the office affords us, Zak-Japan has the ability to customize products for retailers that allow customers instant access to the hottest styles in dinnerware.

Since Zak Designs first started producing dinnerware and drinkware, the North American market has consistently expanded. To help cover the continent, Zak established a distribution operation in Canada in 1999. As the demand for Zak products in Canada increased, it became impractical for the U.S. sales force to adequately cover the entire area. So in 2004, Zak Designs opened an office in Woodbridge, Ontario to focus specifically on the Canadian market. With increased attention to the needs of Canadian consumers and retailers, Zak-Canada is giving us the ability to more effectively provide the adult and children's dinnerware products that Canada is asking for.

Zak has long maintained a strong presence in Europe, and on Jan. 1, 2005, our presence was solidified when Zak Designs Europe AG was opened. Zak's European headquarters will be based in Stäfa, Switzerland with its sales and marketing offices based in Bordeaux, France. Together, these offices greatly improve Zak's ability to distribute our innovative tabletop and kitchen prep products to our European customers. Zak will also be setting up warehousing capabilities in several strategic European areas in the near future.

Founded in 2006, Zak China office is located in Shanghai and is ready to bring a global wise children's product into the grand Chinese market. We will be devoted to have every kid in China owning their own dinnerware set with good design and high quality.
